The Office of the Surveyor-General publishes mapping products in paper or digital form that can be requested and purchased by the public. Such products include printed maps and gazetteers, Aerial photo graphic and satellite imageries that are available through map sale outlets at the headquarters and Regional Survey Offices in Kabwe, Kasama, Livingstone, Chipata, Mansa and Mongu. The public may find limited stock of published maps due to resource constraints that have affected the restocking of revised, up to date maps.

The public can access all other mapping products that are not published by making an order to formal request to the Surveyor–General. These products shall include photographic and satellite remote sensing products, customized project maps at various scales.A Statutory schedule containing fees and charges is available from the Ministry of Lands Headquarters.
