Survey Control Board (SCB)
The SCB is
appointed by the Minister of Lands and is established inaccordance with
the Land Survey Act (Cap 188 of the Laws of Zambia). The SCB registers and
regulates land surveyors in practice. It is constituted as
follows:
Surveyor-General, Chairperson
One Public Officer who is
a registered land surveyor under the Surveyor-General's office
Two land
surveyors nominated by and representing professional body or association
of land surveyors in Zambia; and
One conveyancing lawyer nominated by
and representing professional body or association of lawyer in Zambia |
